Send the request, then we hold your seats on the return train

A request is not a payment. You name the weekend and the number of travellers; we check carriage availability with our rail partners and reply with a confirmed timetable and a payment link within one working day. Weekend journeys start from UAH 6,900 per person, and the deposit is taken only after you approve the final plan.

Choose a theme weekend in Lviv, Kamianets-Podilskyi or Chernivtsi and send the request form.
Receive the confirmed departure times, transfer list and walking distances by email.
Approve the itinerary, pay the deposit, and collect the trip pack at the Lviv desk.

Every figure is per person, twin share, in hryvnia.

Weekend price bands

Journeys are priced by party size and room configuration, not by season. Rates cover return rail travel, two nights, breakfast and the guided programme.

Band A: UAH 6,900 to 8,400

Band C is the group rate for five or six; the guide stays with the party throughout the weekend.
A single-room supplement of UAH 1,450 per night applies to Band B and to any solo traveller.
VAT and the mandatory local tourist tax are included where applicable. Not included: lunches during free time and travel insurance. Museum entry outside the programme is paid by the guest on site.

Policy notes

Cancellation and change rules, published before you book

These terms apply to every weekend journey sold by Weekend Line Journeys LLC. Please read them before you send the booking request.

14 days or more before departure: Full refund of the amount paid, with no administration fee. Refunds are returned to the original payer within 10 working days.
7 to 13 days before departure: 50 percent refund. The remaining balance may be moved to another weekend within 12 months of the original date.
Fewer than 7 days before departure: Non-refundable, because rail seats and rooms are already committed. You may name a substitute traveller at no extra cost.
Date changes requested by the traveller: One free date change per booking, requested at least 14 days before departure. Later changes follow the refund scale above.

Itineraries may change due to weather, site availability, local restrictions or rail timetable adjustments. When a change is confirmed we contact the lead traveller by email and phone, and any unused element is refunded or replaced with an equivalent visit.
