Terms of Service
1. Provider
Provider: lawfirrma.com LLC, 18 Volodymyrska Street, Office 5, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine; contact@lawfirrma.com; +380 664 088 0175. Published under the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” No. 675-VIII before any order.
2. Bookings and price
Prices are per person in UAH unless another currency is shown at checkout. Total price and payment schedule appear before confirmation. Included: accommodation, listed transfers, guided activities. Excluded: international flights, visa fees, unlisted meals, personal expenses, insurance.
3. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations to contact@lawfirrma.com. Refund less non-recoverable costs: 30+ days — full; 14–29 — 50%; 7–13 — 25%; under 7 or no-show — none; within 10 business days. Rights under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 1023-XII remain.
4. Changes and insurance
We may change the itinerary for safety, weather or supplier reasons with notice as soon as practicable; for material changes you may accept an alternative or cancel for a refund of unused services. Travel insurance is recommended and not included.
5. Liability
We are liable for services we provide and not for events beyond reasonable control or indirect losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under the Law of Ukraine “On Tourism” No. 324/95-VR.
6. Complaints and disputes
Complaints: contact@lawfirrma.com or +380 664 088 0175; reply within 30 calendar days. No mandatory ADR notice applies; disputes may go to a Ukrainian court.
7. Language and data
Information is provided in Ukrainian under Law No. 2704-VIII; this English text is for convenience. Personal data and non-essential cookies require prior consent under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 3993-IX and the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Communications” No. 1089-IX.
